Aye Write! Book Festival 2010

ALN learners from across Glasgow will be taking part in the city's annual Aye Write! Book Festival, celebrating the work they have produced as part of their studies.

Learners from across the city will gather at the Mitchell Library on Friday 12 March to showcase examples of their writing such as short stories, poetry and personal essays.  This free event is one of the highlights of the festival and encourages friends, family and colleagues to celebrate in learners' literary achievements.

Now in it's fifth year, Aye Write! Book Festival! is packed with great writers and events and gives the city's learners the chance to share the limelight with some of the country's leading authors including Scottish novelist Alan Guthrie and Glasgow crime writer Denise Mina.
