North Glasgow College

The aim of this flexible course is to develop your everyday communication skills.
Your reading, writing and talking skills will all improve by working with the things that interests you - whether that's football, fashion, music or films.

Some projects from previous classes include:

Travelling in Glasgow; The Scottish Football Association; From the Beatles to Snow Patrol; Local history - Milton; New housing in Barmulloch; Springburn past and present.

The course is open to everyone - all you need is enthusiasm - and can be used as a stepping stone to all our certificate courses. It could run for six weeks or thirty six weeks - you decide. The course currently runs in the community through our outreach centres and in college in partnership with the Prince's Trust.

When you successfully complete the course we will offer you a place at North Glasgow College on a course that suits you. So if Sports exercise your mind, media and music strike a chord or business is at the top of your agenda, then this is the course for you.
