Free Learners' Forum Training — 07 Dec 2007
Adult Literacy and Numeracy Learners from Glasgow are being offered the chance to take part in a two day residential event on developing a learners' forum.
Organised by Scotland's Learning Partnership (SALP), the event will take place in Edinburgh on Tuesday 15 and Wednesday 16 January 2008 and consist of practical skills involved in developing a learners' forum.
The programme for the two days will include:
- what's involved in setting up a forum
- the roles and responsibilities
- how to use the media
- working together in partnership
The event will also give learners a chance to share their interests and for those already involved in for across Scotland, their experiences.
